Beautiful Hei Toki, approximately 8cm length with a high strength adjustable braid.
Hapopo Pounamu is unique to Ka Umu o Hapopo / Big Bay in Southwestland, tracing it's name back to a Kati Mamoe purakau about the Murihiku ancestor Te Rakitauneke. Sometimes also known as Totoweka Pounamu, it is highly translucent and features distinct golden flecks of iron pyrite and clouds of purple/red in the light.
